Our Bentonville Location is our second location. At this clinic, we focus on high activity devices that allow our patients to participate in opportunities the area has to offer. Our Bentonville Clinic is located in the middle of the mountain bike capital of the world, close to the Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and the Slaughter Pen Trail system. These parks offer a wide variety of trail types including adaptive trail systems. Many of our patients visit our Bentoville location to get back to the activities they love. This clinic is outfitted with fabrication equipment allowing us to make the road to mobility quicker for our patients. Our Bentonville location is in the heart of NWA allowing us to work with a wide variety of medical facilities to further care for our patients of all ages!
Mountain Home

Our Mountain Home location is our newest location. This location is conveniently located close to Cotter and the Twin Lakes which offers excellent fishing and swimming opportunities on the beautiful White River. Many of our patients in the area love to fish and are able to do so with the help of Gates. At our Mountain Home location, we fabricate swim prosthetics and other water capable devices that allow our patients to participate in all water recreation activities. The ability to fabricate these devices allows us to offer the personalized care we strive for. Our Mountain Home location consistently hosts support groups for patients and other members of the community. This clinic serves as a one stop location for all of your personalized needs.
Harrison

Our Harrison Location is the first of our three locations. This location is what we like to call our central hub for fabrication. Our Harrison location is where a lot of our fabrication and intricate device modifications take place. This location has open space used by our patients to ambulate with their new devices and participate in adaptive exercises. It is strategically located in the middle of our other locations to provide care to patients in an efficient manner. Harrison Arkansas offers many recreation opportunities such as hiking, hunting, fishing, and kayaking. We serve a lot of farmers in this rural area and design around durability to meet their lifestyles. Our clinic is in close proximity to Buffalo River access points which greatly contributes to these recreation opportunities. Many of our patients in Harrison are involved in these activities with the help of their O&P devices from Gates! Our Harrison location also works with local hospitals specializing in wound care to make sure all patients have access to personalized, high quality treatment.
